Leather Locking Collar. Welded 'D' ring will enable you to lead the one wearing the collar without fear of the 'D' ring opening up.
The leather backing on the collar is 1" wide for comfort to the wearer.
An average neck size is 16". This collar will give you a few inches on either side of that measurement. If you need a collar that is extra small or long, then please let us know before you order.
